1. Is the online shop secure ?
The security is the main priority of ArtiCadeau and we want so to assure you the greatest professionalism for your payments. Beside the bank tranfer, ArtiCadeau propose the payment with a credit card. We never store the cart numbers and each transaction is entirely secured and encrypted. We use PayPal to do the payment, world leader in online payment. None number pass in transit on our website and it gives you a very high level of security.
2. How can I pay an order ?
The payment methods available are the bank transfer (traditional) directly on our bank account (all data's are available behind) or the payment with credit card (Visa, MasterCard,...). If you want to pay with credit card, we use Paypal and you will redirected on their website. Paypal will ask you to create an account but it's not necessary. You can pay simply by filling the form.

4. I paid 2 times by mistake. How can I be refund ?
ArtiCadeau will refund you as fast as possible the double payment. In order to accelerate the process, please gather the following data :
- payment date
- payment method (bank transfer, PayPal, ...)
- the exact amount
- the order number
- the bank account number on which you want to be refund
5. How can I see that you have received my payment ?
When you place an order on our online shop, we send you information at each step (order confirmation, payment reception, sending of the order,...).
6. I received a bill but the order is already paid.
For each order, we send you a bill recapitulationg the order. So, it's normal that you receive this bill. When the billing and the shipping address are not the same, we send only an electronic bill to the people who had placed the order. The gift addressee will not see the amount of his gift.
7. I sent back a product but I haven't yet been refund.
When we receive your product, we will do all what is possible to refund you as fast as possible. This refunding will be done in all cases maximum 30 days after the reception of your product.
8. What about the right the buyer has to withdraw his offer to buy a product on the website ?
Under the distance selling provisions of the Belgian Act of 14 July 1991, amended on April 16th 2010, the consumer has a period of 15 working days following the receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any reason. The consumer will be authorized to return the goods at his own risk and own expense to the ArtiCadeau SPRL work office. As of reception of the order, ArtiCadeau SPRL will refund the customer in maximum 30 days. Nevertheless, the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in respect to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications (example: personalized jewels) as said in the article 80 § 4 of the law about commercial practices.

10. What is the delivery time ?
If the products of your basket are in stock (that's the case for all products except for some but it's always noted in the product description), the delivery time is indicated in the tabular above.
11. How can I offer directly one of your product to one of my friend ?
ArtiCadeau offer the possibility to send directly one or several products directly to one of your friends. The process is easy. You have just to fill your virtual basket as usual and begin the process to confirm your order (clic on "Checkout"). At this moment, you will have the possibility to select the shipping address of your friend and your address for the bill. We will send the present to your friend and you will receive the bill by e-mail. You can add a comment to your friend directly in the confirmation process.
12. Do your offer the delivery rate if I command for a specific amount ?
For all deliveries in Belgium, we offer the shipping charges if the amount of the order is superior than 75 €.
13. I received the confirmation of the sending of my order but I haven't yet received it.
If the delivery time is passed, don't hesitate to contact us. We will check the state of your order and the sending process.
14. How does Kiala work ?
When you choose Kiala as shipping method, you will receive a mail that will invite you to choose your Kiala point where you want to pick your order. After this choice, we will do what's necessary to send the parcel to the right Kiala point. When the product is in the Kiala point, you will receive an e-mail from Kiala and so you can directly to the chosen Kial point.

15. What are the advantages of Kiala ?
A Kiala point is a tradesman near your house, like a tank station or a small supermarket where you can ask to receive your orders on ArtiCadeau.
When your order arrives in the chosen Kiala point, Kiala send you an e-mail.
You can have your order when you want with large opening hours and open during the weekende. In the same time, you can do shopping ...
Kiala automated all the delivery process so that you don't lose time : one signature on the Palm scanner and that's all !
This automatization offers the possibility to follow your parcel on the website of Kiala : www.kiala.be.

16. How can I consult my previous orders ?
To consult all your previous orders, please connect to your account (clic on "My Account on the top right of each page). At the top of your profile page, you can see your last order, push on "view" to see all the details. You can see all your orders when you clic on "show all orders".
17. Can you send an order to another address that mine ?
Of course ! Thanks to this functionality, you can offer a present to one of your friends and you will receive the bill at your e-mail address so that the people who receives the gift will not know the price of it.
18. I want to cancel an order. How can I do it ?
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form . In function of the state of your order and the products ordered, we will try to answer to your request.
19. I received a damaged product. What can I do ?
ArtiCadeau team try to do his best to avoid this problem. That's why each product is treaten with care and has a lot of protections to warranty a good delivery. Nevertherless, if a product is damaged or is not exactly what you expected, please contact us as soon as possible with our contact form.
20. What is the warranty of your products ?
All our products have a warranty of 2 years in case of defect in the manufacturing of the product.
21. How can I order on ArtiCadeau ?
The first step consists of fill your basket with products. To do that, visit the distinct pages presenting the articles that you can buy. When you want to buy an article, clic on "Buy" in bottom on the right of the page. When you virtual basket is full, you can go to the checkout (clic on "Checkout" in the top on the right of each page). The continuation of the procedure will successively ask you to specify the method and the address of shipping, the payment information and finaly the confirmation of your order.
22. How does the basket of purchase function?
The basket of purchase is a virtual basket (exactely as a trolley in a supermarket) which contents all what you wish to buy until you confirm your order. Add one after the other the products you desire. When your virtual basket is full, clic on checkout in the top right of all pages of our website.
23. I forgot my login and/or my password ?
When the system ask to enter your e-mail address with your password, clic behind the form on "Password forgotten? Click here.". So, you will access to a new page where you will find a form where you can insert your e-mail address that you used to create your account. A new password will be send to your inbox in some seconds.
24. Can I group several products in one order ?
Of course ! You have just to had the products to your basket and confirm the order. The functionning of the basket is explained in a previous question.
25. How can I suggest a new product on ArtiCadeau ?
