The fountain pen is created with wenge, (Latin notation: Milletia laurentii) this tree specie was used in the 19th century during the 'Art Deco' period. This very actual specie has a very dark brown color in its heart with some whitish grains for a nice aestetic.
The fountain pen Wengue has a blue cartridge box. The mecanism is gold-plated with a nib in iridium.
