The Wenge: (Latin notation: Milletia laurentii) this tree specie was used in the 19th century during the 'Art Deco' period. This very actual specie has a very dark brown color in its heart with some whitish grains for a nice aestetic.
The zebrawood or zebrano: the zebra tree (Latin notation : Microberlina brazzavillensis) is an exotic wood that you can find in Gabon and Cameroon. This wood has yellow-brown color with small dark brown veins. The zebrawood is used for dashboards in luxury cars and in decoration.
The fountain pen Wengue-zebrano has a blue cartridge box. The mecanism is gold-plated with a nib in iridium.
