Like all the beginnings, the event was apparently unimportant and passed unperceived for those which were not directly implied in it. Four young girls occupying two rooms in the home of the “Protection of the Young girl”, rue de Berlin, sang together, for the first time, the Divine office. Until today, the celebration of this common prayer never stopped, in spite of however innumerable jolts… The community of Ermeton counts today 26 members of 5 different nationalities.
